To add holidays, change times, or add new teachers to the online consultancy on the website

• Log in to WordPress dashboard.
• Go to Easy Appointments > 4. Connections on the side menu
  • Easy appointments offers connections of three things to create a slot
    • Location - we just use one, Native English
    • Service - we just use one, Zoom call
    • Teacher - we just use one, a generic teacher
• There are two basic blocks of standard availability, in ID 1 and 2, which are the morning and evening usual times available.

To add a holiday

To add a holiday we add a not working connection for the period of inavailability.

• Click on Add connection
• Select the only available location, service and teacher.
• Leave the number of slots at 1
• Enter the days of the week. If it's a single holiday, just the day it's on. If it's a block, such as Christmas or Easter, select Monday - Friday (Saturdays/Sundays) aren't available currently in the basic availability blocks.
• Enter the date range. Just the same date if it's a single holiday, or a range for Christmas/Easter.
• Enter the time. Usually leave it at 00:00 to 23:59.
• Select Is working, No.
• Save
• Check on the calendar that the date(s) are no longer available.

To add an extra teacher

We just use a generic teacher. This counts usually as one slot. But to add another teacher, we can add another slot with this same generic teacher, and two students can then book the same time slot.

• Click on Add connection
• Select the only available location, service and teacher.
